PhotoCDBrowser is a free Windows program. It always displays photos in a full screen. The best way to show photos on a CD to friends is to write a photo viewer onto the CD along with the photos image files. This viewer does not require installation or adding any files to the hosting computer. Slideshows, comments to photos, and background music are also some of the available features.
